I know for a fact that some of you spend hours per day reading dozens of blogs, each and every day, seven days a week... Without ever missing a single day or new blog post over here and dozens of other blogs too. You are looking for the secret to success. Just hoping that somebody shares it and spills the beans. Hoping to find it one day one way or another... The information that will change your life and take you from a nobody to a somebody!! Right?!
You want to get rich quick. You want to get on the fast track. You want to work less hours per day but still get a lot more done too!! Ahh... Yea. Don't we all? :) I am kinda guilty of that too at times though, so no worries. You are definitely not the only one who thinks / acts like that. No denying it. Come on now... It is human nature. Grass is always greener on the other side too especially when you are reading stuff claiming this and that.. Just keep in mind that not everything you read is true... Especially when it is impossible to verify.
So lets see here.. The only major difference is that I know a lot more than you do about a bunch of stuff such as SEO, development, marketing, etc. I am sure you know a lot more than me when it comes to certain stuff too... Now, with all that information that you have in your head... Can you put it to good use?! Are you already making lots of money with it?? Can you apply it somewhere and create a thriving business one way or another?
If you are spending precious time reading dozens of other people's personal / informational blogs daily, then obviously you don't have the right info yet and you aren't where you need to be. You are in search for help. You need ideas and lots of assistance in order to make sense of things. Are you really cut out for this biz?? Hmm... Seriously!!
Look, there isn't any secrets or easy ways to achieve success. Sure, there are many paths you can take but ultimately it all depends on whether you are able to execute. Lots of people can dream up ideas and go round and round with theories... But when it comes to actually doing stuff... That is where it counts most. As the title reads, Frank Schilling is working his ass off... Are you?!?
That is why the man, the legend, Frank Schilling is so successful. It didn't happen overnight. It took a while for things to play out and for all the pieces to fall into place with his business. He made all the right investments though and stuck to his master plan. Frank Schilling has also been very lucky in some of his various ventures. Even he admits to this. Timing was right. He was ready for it too and embraced it. So, do you really work your ass off??! We are talking about putting in 12 and 14 hour days at minimum. That is 70 hour weeks. Yup.
There really isn't any blogs out there that will reveal a big secret that once you read it will change your life in a moment. It may help make sense of things a bit and clear up certain issues.. But it is up to you to take that information and run with it. The internet ain't for the weak. If you want to make money on the net, you better be super competitive and ready for war. You better be well educated and damn well know 100% what you are in for.
All those ebooks that sell for $100 and success kits for $197 or whatever that promise to teach you this and that... One word: SCAM! They are from anonymous and the nobody authors. The guys that nobody ever heard about or gives a shit about. They are a waste of time and money and for suckers. You better know this. Duh!
All of the information you need in order to become successful online is already out there and it is free of charge. Right in front of you. All you have to do is open your eyes and look. Look closely. Just look at the people and companies that are already successful. There is your case studies. There is your guide. Study what they have done. Open up google.com and begin researching. You can study all day and all night. You can become an expert on any given topic within days. It all starts with the research. I spend a lot of time each and every day studying other peoples operations... Figuring out how I can apply this and that to my own business and make more money. How I can improve...etc.
I personally spend lots of time analyzing each and every thing I find which has potential and experiment with it. It's how it works folks. You don't need an original idea. All you need is an idea and be ready, willing and able to work. It will all work out, sooner rather than later. You need to able to to hang in there and follow through with your master plan. If you aren't ready to wait month's or years... Hmm.. WTF are you doing reading this post anyway? Get out of here.
Development is not for you. Nothing happens overnight. There is no easy money on the internet anymore. Get that out of your head... And if there is an opportunity for easy money, nobody will share it publicly on a blog or forum. Nobody will write an ebook about it and sell it for $47 or $99 or whatever. Haha.. Get real! There is a sucker born every minute unfortunately and those newbies that will spend their last $50 on this stuff.. It's sad. This shit is sad!!
Anyways, enough with that shit.. Sorry for the rant. I am just kinda annoyed at seeing all this bullshit ebooks and people going round and round in circles and getting nowhere fast. Trust me.. I know what I am talking about. I look at my google analytics logs daily and I see people browsing my site for hours at a time. Reading dozens of articles per day too. They visit the site 5 - 10 times per day as well every few hours. LOL. They are desperate for information. Many e-mail me daily and request for me to write more in-depth step by step guides and so on. Come on... Get real folks. Don't be such newbies. If you can't figure out the shit that I went over above on your own. Well damn! You suck :(
WTF!!? I thought this post was about Frank Schilling... OK OK. It is. Really. So, Frank Schilling is indeed working his ass off. I would never lie or make up a catchy headline just to draw in some eye balls to my site like most bloggers do. No no!! So, I just wanted to follow up with an update and post up my latest reviews and observations of his operation. It looks like he is progressing quite well. This is a fourth update that I have done that has involved Frank Schilling.
The first one I reported about 6 month's ago when I had noticed Frank Schilling adding content to his domains and deploying a hybrid type of setup across many of his generic keyword domains. The second one was me catching him experimenting with picture thumbnails next to PPC ads which only lasted for a few days. The third and most recent one with Frank Schilling was a break down of domain parking arbitrage, the good and bad. Franky of course is always the good guy... Awww. That guy is so awesome! LOL. Really. He is... The man!
So what's Franky up to this days?? Lets get to it... I recently found a number of things worth writing about Frank Schilling's Name Administration Inc. domains, that are using newer setups. The first one is InsuranceWorld.com which is a full blown website. Wohooo! Welcome to the club buddy. That is what I am talking about!! Hehe.. I was really excited when I saw this site. It is really done well. It has great content and it's setup with all of the proper SEO too. SWEET!
The PPC ads are in a hotspot immediately visible to the eye against the content and there is a PPC search feature too at the top, which is where it should always be... One at the top of the page and one at the bottom is what I would recommend though :) The website design / layout is very impressive too. Looks very professional and easy on the eye. They went all out on this.. Wooh!
Definitely a site to be proud of and show off. Bravo! Now this is how development should be done... So all you guys, learn. Take notes! Visit the site, spend some time browsing around and understand that this is a great site and how yours should look like too... More or less. Putting together a site like InsuranceWorld.com from scratch won't be cheap. The good stuff never is. Forget about it. If you aren't ready to invest a few thousand bucks in a real web site and build it out the way it should be... Well, you will never get anywhere.
The site is nothing fancy really and you too can build a site like this. The content production is always the biggest challenge. Oh, as for the ads.. You too can have AdSense/YPN 250x250 ad blocks setup in the same exact spot or wherever else you prefer. Sure, Franky has a custom ad feed from Yahoo and he can manipulate it however he wants, to display 5 or 10 ads and so on but it really doesn't matter. You can either display 3 / 4 ads per unit and use multiple units per page... Can plug in affiliate banners too. With development, the opportunities are really endless. Ahh, it's so good to be in control. Gotta love it!
So what is the second new setup? Well, it is MontrealRestaurants.com which is setup directory style. Basically, it is a directory of all of the various restaurants in Montreal, Canada. When you visit the site at first, it shows you a bunch of random listings for restaurants. Each time you refresh, it shows something new. It has got a ton of listings. They did a good job of populating the directories with listings. They got all of the contact information readily available as well as a map which is very useful. Looks like another winner. Don't you think?! I sure do. The platform that they have built and deployed here is all custom and I am sure they will make some nice money off of it :)
Wait.. So how exactly are they going to be making money off of this directories that they plan to launch throughout the rest of their sites?! It's really simple. Per listing fee, in other words "inclusion" into the directory or upgrades / sponsorships. There is lots of money to be made with directories if you know what you are doing... You know Business.com right?! :) I think Frank Schilling has a winner here without a doubt...
It's interesting to note that Name Administration Inc. also recently launched LinkBox.com which is a "direct advertising opportunity" for anybody who wants to show up on Frank Schilling's Name Administration Inc.'s domains. Whether parked or developed... I believe that LinkBox.com will be where they sign up all of the advertisers, provide the management backend and so on. Bring it on!!
It's exciting times here folks on the internet as you can see.. Especially for all of the people and companies in the domain industry. Everybody seems to be developing and going at it like there is no tomorrow. The race is on. The smart guys are going at it non stop. As I have written a couple of times before.. The domain development boom of 2009 is real. Recession?!? What recession... Come on.. Everybody is making the investments and thinking long term gains.
What are you doing??! Reading blogs?! Talking to newbies on forums who don't even own or manage a single successful and profitable website??! LOL... Why don't you stop that shit and think for a second. Just stop... OK?! Think of some of the changes that you need to make in order to be where you would like to be. If something doesn't work...
