Hey YOU! Got premium domains worthy of development?! Great. We should be partners... I am here to announce an industry first: domain development partnerships. Quick to enter. Easy to understand. Big $$$$ opportunities!! It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to sort everything out, agree on the basic terms and then get down to it.. Really!!! I have a short list of criteria which your domains must meet and that is about it. Ready? Lets go!
All of the development, search engine optimization and monetization will be handled by DomainMassDevelopment.com --- the domain industry's #1 domain mass development service. First of all, your domain has to be a keyword domain. No brandable / sound good domains. We're only interested in domains that consist of 1 and 2 keywords at most. The gTLD's are com / net / org. Some english speaking ccTLD's we will accept as well: .co.uk and .ca only!!!
The partnerships go like this... We start at 50/50, meaning we invest and split profits equally as long as the partnership agreement is in effect. You own / control the domain registration and administration... Me and my company, (domainmassdevelopment.com) own / control the website content and manage all of the day-to-day stuff involved with the operation of the website that is setup on your domain. We'll do direct ad sales, search engine optimization, marketing and all of that good stuff. Basically, we do all of the hard work :)
Now, if you have a category killer one word domain such as Funeral.com for example then the partnership will be 20/80. Meaning you invest only 20% with the start-up fees to setup a website and get us in the game and 20% of the on-going operational costs of the website / business and you keep 80% of all profits and the remaining 20% goes to us. I am also ready, willing and able to go as much as 10/90 split if you have a a great 1 or 2 .com keyword domain that is already receiving at least a few hundred type ins per day.
I am going to make it real easy to enter the partnership... We're not involving any binding contracts or anything like that because for a thousand bucks or whatever worth of development per domain it just doesn't make sense to me and it will slow down the process which I hate. We're going by a gentleman's agreement here and I will only deal with people who I feel that are trustworthy and who we see with eye to eye. It is all about trust at the end of the day.
When things do go wrong, a paper contract or even the best lawyer in the world will not help because it's too late. That is why you have to do your research and follow your gut, which I always do :) So... Once you contact me, I will go ahead and personally evaluate the domain name(s) for which you want to partner up on. I will crunch up some numbers, do some market research + analysis and so on.. Then I will reply with an effective business plan / proposal.
We currently have a special interest in domains in the following categories: Travel, Real Estate, Entertainment and Adult... Send over one domain, or a hundred domains or thousands of them. We're ready for it all and have plenty of resources to go around for the right development projects. We are in this for the long run and want to create long lasting partnerships.
You are probably wondering.. But what happens if you want to sell the domain + website or have it developed somewhere else or whatever.... Sure, you can do whatever you want with it. It is your baby at the end of the day! If you are going to sell the domain + website then you first must payout my initial investment 10x if you have made this decision within 365 days (1 year) since we have entered into the partnership.
So if we went in 50/50 and put up $1000 total from the start into this domain development partnership, you pay me $5000, I hand over all of the website content and you are all set. Partnership gets terminated.. Good luck with whatever it is you do. Now, if it has been more than 1 year, you payout 20x. If it has been more than 2 years, you payout 30x. 3 years is 40x. Each year would be 10x the $$$ of my investment... You get what I am saying.
It's really great working on projects under a partnership because collectively you always have a lot more power and the success rate is that much higher.. I've launched many businesses over the years under a partnership structure and very glad I did. Look.. You must understand that there is only so many hours at the end of the day and you cannot do it all by yourself. Impossible!
You either pay somebody a fixed fee to carry out some tasks here and there and provide a standard service or partner up with somebody who truly knows what they are doing and cares 110% about succeeding which by the way makes a lot more sense because then you got a lot more accomplished. Proper development is anything but easy in 2009 so you have to clearly understand everything that is involved and how to best play odds in your favor.
So if you want to tackle all of those challenges and try to come up on top as a winner you have to make some important decisions... Picking the right people to have on your side is critical. A team effort is just as satisfying as doing it on your own, you know? You still make a lot of money and everybody is happy. It is win-win for all. It hasn't been easy for people to try to partner up on projects but with this announcement I hope to change that. Woohooo!!
