First of all, you must clearly understand that we are not an end-user and you will not be able to get thousands of dollars worth of credits for domain development by trading in one of your domains just because you feel that your domain is worth this much and that much. We are a domain investment company / reseller with thousands of domains collected since 2003 and by trading in your domains, we are going by somewhat of a "firesale" valuation model and none of that comparisons to other sales / has all this potential BS.
Right now, we will only award domain development credits of up to $1000 per single domain and determine the exact $$$ sum by doing some keyword research, market analysis and see what can be done with your domain if it was to be developed properly and / or resold to somebody else.
Like I mentioned earlier, we will try to be fair with our valuations and trade in proposals but unfortunately we will not be able to accept all domain trade in requests even if you only want $100, $20, $5 or whatever... Yes, we will be very picky and only go with what makes the most sense for us, since we have to operate a business at the end of the day and got bills to pay as well.
To give you a better idea of exactly what we're looking for and what kinda $$$ credits you can expect in return, here is two dozen domains that we have acquired during auctions / firesales in 2009 and their actual prices... Please note that we are only looking for domains consisting of at most 3 keywords and it must be either .com or .net! We aren't too picky about the categories, so most domains are OK and will be considered as long as all of the keywords present within the domain make sense. Adult domains are OK too!!!

Now, the second option... Where you can pay for domain development services by installments over a period of time such as 3, 6 or 9 month's... You know, nobody else offers such a thing in our industry, neither do all the traditional web developers and web design studios. We at DomainMassDevelopment.com do things very differently though if you didn't already notice and will continue to provide the best in class services with the most options out there.
So, basically it goes a little something like this... You come to us with a development project, we give you a price quote and the option to pay by installments if we're dealing with a big project and a large $$$$ amount.
A minimum down payment of 25% is required. We will determine case by case how many installments there will be and when they are due, whether every month or every other month, etc. Meanwhile, we will develop your domain(s) according to our normal delivery schedule which is around 7 - 10 business days.. That is the turnaround time for a project consisting of 1 domain, 20 domains or even 50 domains... So we are all clear on that I hope??? Great!
You should note that if you go with the pay-as-you-go / installment option, the website's will be setup on our in-house web hosting servers. You will not have any access to administering the website's or the content. Any modifications that need to be made, will be done by communicating with us first. Once your remaining balance is paid out in full, we will "transfer" the content rights, and all of the website files into your own web server and of course set everything up at no charge and you should be good to go! Rock and roll...
