The good ones hardly ever get noticed with all the crap out there.. Argh!

One of the domain industry's most important people has a frequently updated blog but apparently nobody gives a crap, or wait... Does anybody even know it exists??! Nope... The founder, president and chief operating officer of NameMedia.com has been blogging for close to 12 month's now almost daily but there is nobody even taking notice. No comments... No references. No nothing! Who is to blame though??! Doesn't really matter. We'll try to solve that right here and right now.. For good! :)

You know, I like to think that I am in-the-know when it comes to domaining and anything that goes on in the domain industry but even I didn't know about Jeff Bennett's blog up to a few weeks ago when I was sent a link to one of Jeff's recent posts which had some interesting information. I encourage everybody from now on to go ahead and visit Jeff Bennet's blog frequently. Post up some comments... Get a dialogue going. You can do it!! It is soo soooo easy :D

It is a breathe of fresh air seeing people higher up from the leading companies in the domain industry opening up and embracing this whole social networking movement too. It is a win win deal for all. The domain business traditionally is very secretive and everything is done on the hush hush but Jeff isn't your typical domainer. Nope! Jeff is an entrepreneur, husband, father, coach, teacher and enthusiast for many things including politics, sports, and outdoors.

Here is a direct quote from Jeff Bennett's blog: I believe that we all have an opportunity to learn from each other whether we agree or not. Blogs are great ways to communicate and share and I will dedicate these pages to do just this on this blog.   Stimulating dialogue and discussion is what it is all about in this world. It makes us think. It helps us understand each other. It can help make the world better. It is a tall order but that is what my goal is with Jeff Bennett Blog."

So really, is that enough reasons for you to bookmark Jeff's blog / subscribe to the rss feed and get this dialogue going.. Lets go... Rock and roll ;)
