.XXX domains available dirt cheap +++ Get 4-for-the-price-of-1 ?!??! :)

For about another two weeks dotXXX domains will remain heavily discounted. You can find them for as low as $8.99 per new registration compared to 1 1/2 years ago when the new gTLD was originally introduced each registration would run  you anywhere from $80 to $150 if not more, depending on which registrar you choose to do business with and what type of bulk pricing you qualified for.

Now even at $80 a pop, it was a lot of money and it could quickly add up to thousands of dollars for just a handful of domains. Big gamble… But thanks to the deep discounts now available, prices are inline with everything else out there for the most part so the .XXX gTLD is much more reasonably priced for the average domainer and you’d probably be foolish to pass up this opportunity. I am taking advantage of it and you should have a second look at XXX if you haven’t previously. The clock is ticking and discounted prices are only good til the end of this month.

.XXX Domains

.XXX domains are available at deeply discounted prices… Save up-to 90% to 95%

Also another great thing worth keeping in mind is that if and when ICM Registry (operator of the .XXX gTLD) gets awarded .SEX .PORN and .ADULT they will award you your WHATEVER.XXX in those 3 new gTLD’s as well. So you get 4-for-the-price-of-1. At $8.99 a pop, I think this is a heck of a deal and too good to pass up on if you know what I’m saying.

“ICM is also making significant moves to protect .XXX participants with its recent applications to operate three additional adult entertainment-related TLDs — .SEX, .PORN and .ADULT. If awarded these new TLDs, ICM Registry will offer an unprecedented “grandfathering” clause and will automatically reserve matching names at no additional cost to those who already have .XXX domains. .XXX registrants can chose to do nothing and the matching names will never be released under the new TLD suffixes. If however, registrants choose to register the new names for use, there will be a nominal fee. This means .XXX domain holders can potentially quadruple their exposure and the value of their holdings, while brand and trademark holders who own or have reserved .XXX domain names are automatically protected and will not have to register or reserve those names in the new TLDs.”

If you know a thing or two about the adult business and what’s hot, future trends that are taking off, etc…. Get your registrations in asap. I know I already did. Will probably get a few hundred more by the end of the month… Maybe even more. We’ll see. It’s just too good of a deal to pass up on. I’ve always been bullish on this new gTLD and still very much am… But I am a bit optimistic and think there is some money to be made with these. Especially if ICM Registry manages to get awarded the 3 additional gTLD’s. It will be a sweetheart of a deal for everybody who got in early :)

no thanks. There’s a reason why they are “giving away” these things at a very steep discount. The registrar, “Casino House,” always wins and in this case they will eventually win through higher registration prices. Stay away from unless you want to burn a hole in your pocket!

    • $8.99 per registration is hardly giving away anything buddy. Also nobody is forcing anybody to register these. It’s totally up-to you to register a .XXX domain at the discounted price or not. If somebody was going to though, now would be the time because the prices will be rising once again. Doh.

  2. does this cover renewals or just new registrations?

    • New registrations only it seems. You can lock into this special pricing for up-to 10 years by pre-paying ahead of time. Might be a smart move if you’re a true believer in dotXXX and wouldn’t mind waiting a bit.

no thanks. I dropped all my .xxx`s.

  4. It’s a shame you can’t extend existing .xxx registrations as a lot of pre discount owners of these domains will feel slighted by this temporary dip in prices especially if they haven’t been developed.

SnapNames & NameJet inventory sucking…

Yep... It's really sucking a lot as of lately which I am sure you have already noticed, and this explains the sharp traffic/activity declines on both sites. If you go back to just a year or year and a half...
