I was having a nice little convo with a domain investor / developer and all around successful businessman who has sold probably at least mid 8 figures ($XX,XXX,XXX) worth of category leading domains, mostly in the medical and health niche. One of these domain sales in recent years was for close to $20M and it was an all cash deal. As far as I know, it is the biggest domain sale... EVER. Beating Sex.com which closed at $13M not so long ago.

I voiced my 2c worth over at Elliot’s Blog who broke the news of this sale and there seems to be a big debate. So lets see… Was it a good deal? Last year I got an unexpected gift courtesy of Mr. Halvarez and I loved it… A big fat check which most people have to bust their ass for an entire 9 – 12 month’s minimum. The cakes from Frank Schilling were quite delicious too and definitely made for a pretty sweet holiday and a Christmas to remember! Yay. My jewish ass has never been into Christmas and the big celebrations this time of the year. Usually I just go about my biz quietly, maybe hit up a party or two here and there and that is it. Always got something going on...
