There is lots of good 1, 2 and 3 keyword domains available at SnapNames each and every day.. It is hard making up your mind what domains to purchase and which ones to pass. Unless you got a six figure monthly budget to spend on domain acquisitions, of course you aren't going to be able to buy em all. So what do you do??! Well.. You play the drops consistently day in and day out and you will get lots of bargains... Just gotta have this thing called a "plan" :)
Bid whatever you believe the domain is worth by determining it's value to yourself before the auction even starts.. Maybe it is $60.. Maybe $300.... Maybe $5500 or whatever. Have a maximum that you are willing to bid on each and every domain and stick with it. I personally use a spreadsheet to organize all this stuff along with research / data collected and generally try to avoid in getting into heated auction battles with others. Those are for suckers!
I do not feel bad if I don't get some domains.. Sometimes there will be a few days in a row that I get nothing, but that's the way it goes. In playing the drop game for something like 2,000+ days now, starting in late 2003... I've had some really good days and some really shitty ones. It's all good though.. Every day is a new day... The drop lists are usually compiled only a few days in advance, so you never know what's up!! Spend your cash wisely for maximum returns. You do it consistently by sticking to the rules and you will rock it $$$$
The next few days of expiring domains will be posted in less than 48 hours once again... See you then! Same place, same time. You know how it goes! Right!?
