So you want to take your website from nowhere to be found in Google, Yahoo and MSN to one of the top five spots and pull in tons of free traffic... Ahh. Don't we all?! It's kind of difficult this days though. Competition is as fierce as ever in just about every good niche, you know?! But no worries! I shall guide you. I will clue you in because nobody else will. There are a couple of ways to achieve those goals. So, if you are in no rush and in it for the long run and want to stay squeaky clean and not risk anything; the standard content production, basic search engine optimization and over time natural link building will do the trick. It's really all you have to do. Consistently. Every few days or so. Done deal!!
Now, if you are like me and you hate to wait (I am not the most patient person in the world, hehe) you are wondering whether there is some shortcuts you can take in order to speed things up because as we all know, the natural process of building a successful and profitable website and establishing it for good and then getting rankings for all of the content pages and so on... Takes a while. Usually at least a few month's. Sometimes a year or more. Lets just say that Google, Yahoo or MSN is in no rush to rank any of your sites or content unless you give them more than a few good reasons to do so. You have to clearly understand this 100% !! Everything happens for a reason. There is a process.
This whole website operation is very labor intensive and it is for the serious webmasters who think big. Like I said at the beginning, it is a long term play and you have to be able to stick it out. Survival of the fittest baby! Early on, one week things may look promising and really rocking but the next week things may suck. This stuff happens... A LOT. When you are starting out, there isn't much stability as far as the rankings go and nothing really happens overnight anymore even if you do have the best of the best content. Just like with any other business, offline or online, you have to make lots of up front investments and continue to "develop" the business and "maintain" it because things are constantly changing on the web. You gotta keep up with the times.
Running a website can be a lot of fun and you can make tons of money from it, that is if you pick the right niche and do all the right things along the way. First of all, you really have to do your research right up front. Sometimes it will only take a few hours, sometimes a day or two... Sometimes even a week or more. You have to seriously invest a lot of time into getting to know your competitors and learning about that specific market trends and how things currently work. If you skip this step, 9 times out of 10 you will fail miserably later down the road. Unless you get really lucky, but do you want to build a business on luck?
So anyways, listen up here. This is what you need to do in order to get onto page 1 of Google's organic search index much faster than everybody else. With SEO, a lot of factors come into play when the engines evaluate the websites that qualify to be ranked. They look at many different signals, hundreds of them, and do all this fancy calculations based on secretive algorithms which very few actually know of... So we can only guess. Well, we all know what matters the most though. It is three things which you absolutely have to pay the most attention to and put forward the biggest effort in order to be the best you can be with those three requirements. The first one is original content. Lots of it. Preferably content that is added as often as possible and consistently!!
The second thing is a good domain name. An exact match keyword domain helps out a lot and carries tons of weight in the SEO game. Always have and always will. You really gotta have a keyword domain that is relevant to all of the content that your website will have and descriptive of the business itself. The domain should be .com preferably but it can be .net or .org or a ccTLD such as .ca, .co.uk, etc... If you are working on something in another country outside of the US. You want to keep the domain pretty short and to the point. Something like 2 to 3 keywords long and without any numbers or hyphens.
The final thing which nowadays carries a lot more weight than it used to in previous years is link building. You know, those are the "confidence votes" from other websites pointing your way. The more confidence votes you have from good sites, the more the search engines trust you. The more the search engines trust and like you... The higher they will bump you up in their index. A link from a website is like a recommendation. It is very important to get recommended specifically by websites that are part of your niche. Getting a recommendation from irrelevant sites isn't the same as getting it from the #1 oldest website in that niche or the #1 most popular directory, blog and so on.
This is what matters most this days and the part that many website owners can't make sense of. A lot of people get stuck when it comes to link building. It's those damn links / recommendations that keep many good sites with some of the best content buried, nowhere to be found. They are hard to acquire... Right?! Yep... They sure are. It's not that big of a challenge getting one or two of them here and there over time... But how do you get enough confidence votes to rank right at the top over at Google, Yahoo and MSN... Hmmm!?
Well, the natural way to build up a lot of diverse links and not piss anybody off is of course to produce lots of good content with purpose and make it available to the right audience. From there on, they will begin to share it and recommend it to him and her and sooner rather than later, fingers crossed, you may gain a link here and there as the content gets circulated and makes it's way around the web. It is definitely how it works, and nobody is arguing that, but a lot of times also it sure as hell doesn't work. So you know what is the best way to guarantee those important and required link acquisitions?!!??
You know how you can finally sleep better at night knowing that your website is linked up on the top and most trusted authority sites in your niche and that real soon your own website is going to be ranking for your targeted keywords?! It is when you take matters into your own hands and get aggressive. You go out and get those damn links. I am not talking about buying up just random links on whatever sites, I am talking about strategic link buys. You have to go out there and become the hunter. Sometimes it won't be easy... But so worth it!!
You buy those links that make sense. You want to get links from websites that are well established and leaders in your niche. They will pass on some nice link juice your way and sooner rather than later, the Google's and Yahoo's will notice that your site is now recommended by those very important sites and they will throw a nice and significant amount of ranking points your way! It doesn't happen overnight where you go from nowhere to be found to #1... But it speeds up the process, slowly but surely. Since you are now "mixing" with the big boys... You are cool enough to be on page 1. You've finally made it!!
You just have to make sure you continue to develop your website properly, build up all of the right content, etc. The links alone won't do the trick. It is a combination of those three things. The links is the final ingredient that makes a website standout from all the rest of the competition. It is when many sites start linking up (recommending) your content... Only then search engines really take notice of your website and will want to move it up all the way to the top. You are now part of an "elite" circle. You are now worthy. You deserve the top spots.

Before all those links, you could of had the best domain and content too in your niche... But somebody else, with not as good as a domain such as yours and 10x less content and much of it not as good as yours who was recommended by all of the big sites, would outrank you easily. Google especially pays close attention to this signals. Those links make a huge difference. Having those hard to get links means ranking inside the first page for good. Not having those good links... Means you are still a nobody in that niche and you have got a lot of proving yourself to do. If the "community" doesn't approve you, neither will the search engines. It is all about those damn confidence votes. Do you have em?!
Now that you know that you need em, how do you get em?! Where... How?! Ahh... A million things must be racing through your head right now. It's still not 100% clear right? Well, of course not. This was just only the half of it. I just explained to you why it is important to get aggressive and not leave anything to chance. If you are serious about what you do, it shouldn't be a problem to go out and find and acquire those links. It is an investment in your business. Some of the links you can find for as low as $30 or $50 per month. Some of them for a few hundred bucks. It really all depends what niche you are dealing with.

You have to build up links wisely. You add them every week or two. Slowly. You want to get sitewide links. You want to get those links pointing to various sections of your websites too. You want to vary the anchor text as well. You need to build up a nice and relevant link profile so that the search engines may recognize your website as one of the top highly regarded and recommended sites in that niche and include you right at the top when visitors search for many of the most popular keywords and content that you offer on your website. So that is pretty much it folks. This is how it works... Not bad right?!
I know that some of you are thinking... "hmmm but this is kinda against the rules and you are not suppose to do that" but let me tell you this --- who gives a shit?! LOL. All of the top affiliate marketers do it. All of the best of the best competitive webmasters do it. What is the biggest difference between you and them?! They are freakin filthy rich and you are not. You are struggling with making sense of your websites content and SEO. While those "traffic pimps" have mastered this tactics and get away with it each and every time. Easily!

You really have to be able to stay on the down low with all of this. The best part about buying links the way I described.. You do it month-to-month. Lets say you are going at it for 3 month's, and bammm.. You get all this new traffic coming in to your website because you are ranking #1 or #3 or whatever.. Well, you can stop looking for new links to buy and all you have to do is maintain the current ones. Your job is now done. It is as simple as that...
Now, if you are still not ranking where you would like to rank.. You keep buying em, and slowly building up your link profile. This things take time, sure, but most of the time all you really need is a few good links from the most trusted / authoritative sites. The key to success with this trick is to pick not so competitive niches. Pick those niche-within-a-niche that is easy to make your mark and try to own it. Try to become the #1 within it. Once you get the hang of things, you can move up to bigger and better things and go after the big money in the parent niche. It's all about finding your comfort zone.

Be prepared though... It is war out there! You better be equipped with some $$$ so you even have a chance at winning. If you don't have at least a few thousand bucks, well... You will get nowhere fast. Those competitive webmasters who do have the cash, they will. The world wide web is full of so many great opportunities if you are able to recognize them and make the investment. It's hard to make it if you aren't spending the cash. We are not in 2002 anymore guys, but those who spend their cash wisely still manage to get returns over 1000% easily and consistently within a few month's.. Best part is the organic growth, month-to-month! You really can't beat that. Gotta love it!
So where do you find all these cheap links to buy consistently in large quantities?! What tools do I use to do all this research and determine the top sites within a niche that are worthy??! Heh.. Now this is the interesting part. This involves some pretty intense detective work. This is where you gotta put in a lot of hours and do hardcore research. It is critical to make sure that you are buying links that are actually from TRUSTED and AUTHORITATIVE sites in your niche. You must be able to tell apart the really important sites from all the rest or else you will be buying links from sites that really won't help you much.
So do you need help or are you all set to conquer the world now?! Would you like to find out specifically what you need to do, with what websites / tools and how... Sure thing: and I'll clue in and help out the first 100 people. I got some good stuff to share... You are gonna love it, I know it. Better hurry before I change my mind :) Good luck to us all.. Cheers!
