Soon to come right here at WannaDevelop.com, a tell-all and step by step comprehensive guide / ebook packaged type of publication explaining how to score lots of sales for the big bucks. Day in and day out! I really do need to put this information out there because most of the people in the game right now have their heads so far up their ass that if they keep things the way they are going, the consequences will be... Umm..... They will be disastrous. Enough said. Somebody has to show em the light. I will do it for FREE! Why not? :)
Now, I already know that a lot of people are going to hate me once they read this guide and bitch non stop as well as quickly dismiss most of the info... LOL :) I do plan to reveal each and every little thing that has to be taken care of for you to close a deal for each one of your domains, assuming that they are decent keyword domains to begin with. I will not leave out even a single detail. I plan to put together the most complete domain sales guide of all time.
Originally, I was thinking of finding one or two other "domain expert" co-authors to contribute and then charge whoever was interested in this info like $800 or $1500 for all of this stuff... But nah.. Screw it. I am more than capable of doing this on my own and provide tons of case studies. Tons of step-by-step instructions... Most importantly, I have years of experience in selling all kinds of domains. If there was money to be made with domains, you bet your ass off I was right there :)
Sure, there are a lot of people involved in the domain industry who have sold a bunch of domains for huge sums who have shared some good advice when it comes to domaining but how many domainers do you know that have "flipped" at least a million bucks worth of domains right back to those bullish resellers on the aftermarket??! How about selling those hand regged undervalued and undesired hyphenated dot com's and undesired .org domains for more than a million bucks worth to end users who gladly snap them up??! How about millions in mass developed website networks to e-commerce operators?!?
Yup.. There aren't that many folks out there who have accomplished what I have been able to over the years... So was it all luck?! Hmm.. Not really. The key here was always figuring out those damn technicalities and aggressive execution thereafter.. The need and desire to continue to succeed and grow the entire operation day after day after day. They say once you taste a bit of success, you are kinda on the pursuit and a high for even more and more and more results... So? Nothing wrong with that. If the opportunities are there, go get em.... Don't wanna work yourself to death tho... Gotta find a balance! ;)
How soon will this freakin guide be available??! Ok, not really sure but maybe by the end of this month... I have already started to write some pieces here and there when I get some free time, which I don't have all that much of lately since we're as busy as ever before with lots of projects under development... But it's all good. This guide is high up on the to-do list and will be completed, sooner than later :) I promise you that it is going to be well worth the wait and unlike anything else that you have ever came across.
You see, people don't think that the little stuff matters... LOL. Ohhh, it does!! A lot of little mistakes add up to a screw up. A FAIL! People think that just by e-mailing 50 or 100 of the top Google.com sponsors for whatever keyword their domain is most related to will score them a sale... LOL! What about the organic results over at Google, Yahoo and MSN??! Do you e-mail those people??! What about other directories which have tons of other potential buyers as well.. Business.com ??! YellowPages.com ??! Of course not. Who the hell does that?!
I bet you didn't know that the specific time when the sales e-mail gets sent out to all those potential buyers actually matters quite a bit.. The timing will determine whether it gets read or skipped / deleted.. Oh yes... The subject matters quite a bit as well. That can make or break it. So does whose name it is being sent "FROM"... The @domain where it is being sent from... The actual length of the e-mail pitch... The contact information that is provided or not provided within the content of the sales e-mail.....and the list goes on and on.
These are just some of the more important variables that come into play and we have not even scratched the surface really. You must understand that each "buyer group" is different and you have to approach them in a very unique and specific way. Mastering the art of domain sales ain't easy, and it was never meant to be.. But becoming a good salesman is easily achievable if you are serious about what you do. Becoming a master will take a lot of hard work but it is so damn worth it. It is like no other... It is pretty sweet, let me tell you :)
I mean, in what other business can you buy something for less than $10 and then sell it for hundreds of dollars or more easily in less than 24 hours?! In what business out there can you buy ____ for less than $100 and within a few days sell it for thousands of dollars with less than an hour of work in??! I don't know too many other businesses like that.... Only one that I know of is the domain business.
Yes, we have hand registered hundreds of domains for less than $10 each and re-sold many of them within 24 hours for hundreds of dollars in pure profit with little to no effort.. Some within 10 minutes of sending out the first e-mail... Yes, we have sold many domains for thousands of dollars even when we didn't own them to begin with... We get a certain amount of interest, we go ahead and purchase that domain for $XX or $XXX and re-sell it immediately for a huge and guaranteed ROI... Yup, gotta love the expired 3 day domain auctions ;)
Look man... There are so many opportunities in the domain business that is it just impossible to put it into just one article. The most rewarding part of the industry is sales; buy low, sell high.. The one where anybody can make it and I mean anybody. You do not need to be a genius.. You just need to study the art of domain sales and learn hands on, because there really isn't any other better way. You have to actually do it, over and over again. Trial and error rocks!!!!
You wanna know what the dirty little secret is??! You wanna know the thing that will take you from just a struggling and unsure domainer who relies on luck all the way to the top rolling in the big bucks?!?? LOL... Dude, it's mass automation. DUH! This is nothing new obviously, well maybe to you it is... ;) But you do know that there is PC software and web based scripts out there that can extract e-mail addresses from a list of URL's?! You do know all about whois email extractors off of scrapped search engine results??! How about all of the advanced mass e-mailing tools that exist that offer 100% customization??!
Using all of this little tools together will surely help you avoid 99% of all of the manual tasks that you have been doing all this years.. It will cut all of the grunt work. All of the stuff that takes forever to figure out and causes most of the headaches... It can be taken care of within minutes, literally, all jokes aside! It took you many hours and if not days... By using mass automation you have it taken care of quickly and efficiently. We are almost in 2010 here, and there is a "tool" for every need out there. Anything that you need automated, it can be. Any task.. Any job! Best part??! Most of this tools are free... Yes they are! ;)
We've been using automated processes to sell domains for years now.. All we really have to do is register new domains that somebody would pay a premium for, load up certain data in our "tools" and hit the start button.. Then we just kick back and relax, wait for the e-mails to roll in straight to the inbox by the dozens for each and every domain... From there on; quote people random numbers... Negotiate a bit here and there.. Pick whoever we wanna actually sell the domain to and it's a done deal. Woohoo! How about that??! You likey?
I really do not care whether you approve or what you think of the way we do things to close deals and make money but above is just one method which I can tell you that it definitely works lovely. In my guide, I will share "straightforward and honest" methods as well as more aggressive and slimey ones... It is up to you to try one of them or all of them, put your own spin to em and make whatever one work for you. Nobody really is going to ever share this information with you because this information is priceless... Seriously.
Yea sure, everybody is buddy buddy here in the small world of domains but did they ever tip you off on this stuff I covered just briefly in a few paragraphs that will probably change your life once implemented??! Nope... Didn't think so ;) You must get it through your head that it is really competitive out there and you gotta do whatever to give yourself a competitive edge. Rules can be bent big time. Exploits exist everywhere if you look hard enough. You just gotta open up your eyes a little wider and not to be afraid of all of this challenges.. This business of domains is fun, exciting and lots of $$$$ is truly up for grabs!
